Categories and Fees

The Hunt Club offers three types of membership – golf, curling, and social – and welcomes applications in all three categories.

According to By-Law 42, MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERS, each transfer between Membership Categories MUST BE DONE in writing and shall be reviewed by the Membership Committee which shall report and make recommendations to the Board. All applications for transfers between Membership Categories shall require the approval of the Board.

To make a request for transfer please provide the following in an email addressed to Christine Demers:

  • Account Holder’s Name
  • Account Number
  • Request for either: Transfer, Resignation, Reinstatement
  • Member’s Name
  • Current Category
  • Requested Category
  • Effective Date
  • Today’s Date

Note: Some membership transfers require evidence in support of the grounds for transfer, i.e. Medical requires a signed letter from a physician confirming the inability to play golf for medical reasons. Please contact the club’s office should you require any clarification.

According to By-Law 35(B), Any nomination of a Family Member shall be made in writing to the Secretary of the Board signed by the nominator. All applications for membership shall require the approval of the Board.
